What would you do if you went from 0 to 230K followers basically overnight?

That is what happened to our guest and fellow marketer, Kelsey Juntwait. 0n January 8, she got up the nerve to share some professional strife on TikTok. “Spilled some tea” as the kids might say. And, OH, do we LOVE ourselves some #PettyTok. If you’ve ever had a boss who didn’t appreciate you and or took you for granted, you will relate.

Little did she know that within a matter of hours, her video would have over 1.5 MILLION views and she would not only gain over 230K followers on TikTok but also a full client calendar.
